No, in EVE, a warp bubble is an anchorable mobile warp disruptor

FTL drives, generally, do not cause any sorts of causality violations as they circumvent the speed of light altogether. Thus there is no time dilation or time reversal.
Originally by: Zoedin Hey thanks everyone for the responses. That has cleared then up nicely, however, I now have another question.
I notice when viewing my skill training stats on the "My Character" page of the Eve website (and i'm assuming it says the same in game - can't check that at the moment) that it states for a given skill group the following:
Minmatar Frigate / Rank 2 / SP: 2829 of 16000 Spaceship Command / Rank 1 / SP: 1415 of 8000
Where and how does the rank come into it? How do i increase the rank for all my other skills? This one example of my stats is the only one that has a Rank 2 in it, the others are all Rank 1. Do i need to upgrade something or buy something to increase the rank or does it just increase over time??
Even if you could increase rank, you wouldn't want to--higher rank means longer training time.
Rank is simply a constant attribute of a particular skill--twice the rank means twice the number of points required to train that skill.

Originally by: Erick Storm As someone mentioned above, the rank of a skill determines how much longer it will take to train compared to a level 1 skill. Therefore, training a rank 1 skill will take MUCH MUCH less time than a rank 4 skill. Higher rank skills are usually things that involve more specific or complicated processes. Things like battleship training and other high-end skills. Enjoy the rank 1 skills while they last. If I remember, level 5 for rank 1 takes about 7-12 days. One of my higher rank skills recently took 21 days to get to level 5!!
To be exact, rank 4 = exactly 4 times longer than a rank 1.

ok geek alert
at full warp speed we are travelling at 3 AU per second 1 AU = 149 598 000 km therefore Warp speed in EVE = 448 794 000 km/s = 448 794 000 000 m/s Speed of light =299 792 458 m / s
Warp speed in EVE = 1497 times the speed of light
Old news. And many ships travel faster.
Read the backstory
